Different races to play as, like the filthy Skaven rat-people, the ancient-alien worshipping Lizardmen, or Orcs that reproduce through spores or something. A brand new map that is basically just Europe if it was drawn by a child who had only a general sense of geography and thought that non-Euopean races were fantasy monsters. Geheimnisnacht is a total conversion mod for CK2 that changes the map from medieval Europe to the Warhammer Fantasy universe.
